    In 1/9 2024 this company completed a rescreening of my entire pool and patio area. *** new spleen. Within a day or two the spleen was coming out. I immediately contacted on ******* and I was told hes working on the West Coast to contact me over the weekend its been over a month and he now refuses to ************* or answer my emails and now more spleen is out, I paid over $2500 for this job, and it appears as if the spleen was the wrong size to begin with or put in improperly. *** never had a situation like this for someone doesnt stamp behind their work.

    I hired ******** to put a pergola for me and told him where and the size yo put it. They put the pergola up and I realized that he made it too short and it is not covering the concreted area, and when it rains all the water falls under where I was trying to keep covered. I told him that the pergola was about 4 to 6 inches short and defeats the purpose. He stated that he was going to come. Now mind you that I sent him several texts and made several calls and he never answered. I had to have someone else call him and say they were interested in getting a pergola and he returned the call right away. Now over a month latter, he still has not fixed the issue, has not responded to the calls or texts. And as far as I can see with the previous complaint he had, its not his first time doing that.
