    I want to share my experience with wordjack media. My decision to use them was to capitalize on their ability to maximize ****** analytics and how ****** ranks companies to help businesses grow. Nothing could be further from the truth about their ****** expertise. In the year that wordjack managed our website and SEO my companies website growth was directly attributed to our door to door and public handshake marketing programs. After nearly 5 months of dialogue our website was finally built. It looked good but severely lacked the architecture to maximize the search engines and ranking systems by ******. I decided to sever the relationship by giving the required 30 day notice. That was the beginning of March and I was charged for all of April and they would not pro-rate the charges. I essentially had to pay for 50 days. Over the year, the support was slow responses, excuses and it just takes time. I would say that upon moving to a new web hosting service my traffic has 10X'd, I have spent zero money on ****** ads and most of my business is from the internet through organic non-sponsored searches. I attribute this to my new website host and their ability to maximize ****** analytics. So disappointed in wordjack. Beware is all I can say.

    Word **** is a vendor for a business I'm buying. The business had no idea they were under contract because an unrelated third party had put their name on the contract and signed it. Now Word **** is trying to enforce a contract on this business even though they don't have a signature from anyone in that business, nor had anyone in that business ever seen that contract until we asked Word **** to stop charging their credit card. The contract states that a website will be built in 2-3 months but this business has already paid 6 months and there's no website. When I called to negotiate an exit, I was on the phone with someone who called themself a 'middle-man', but refused to transfer for me to a decision maker. Seems they want to hide behind their poor employees and steal from unsuspecting customers.

    I Would not recommend word jack ********************** they do produce quality work but there customer service is horrible after the intial meeting and they got your account on autopay
