    I am rejecting this response because: The business DID NOT reach out to me within the 24 hours that they said they would. They have not provided any evidence that they are actively trying to remedy this.

    I booked a hotel room through this company for ***** in ******. My mom went into hospital before my trip and I was supposed to get a refund. First I had to chase them for about 7 months in email and texts only since they have no one to speak to. Only after I sent a complaint to BBB because I saw another complaint on the BBB site about them, did I get a refund. But because they WIRED the money to my account (something I did not know they were going to do - most places refund through the same payment method -- credit card this time -- or check), I was charged a $15 fee by my bank. I wrote them back to let them know they should cover that for not using a traditional method of refund and for taking 7 months to even refund me. Now they continue to tell me they will get back to me and never do. And it is the same thing again -- emails, texts, no names, etc. I think this company is a scam. After further research, I see a lot of people complain about similar things.I am attaching the original 7 months of emails for the refund as well as the latest run around about the fees. I also have texts but do not know how to download those but I hope you get the picture of this scam.

    I have yet to hear anything from CorpHousing Group regarding my complaint other than they are looking into it. They have been looking into it for 18 months now.

    An email was sent to ******** on Friday, 11/11 at ****************** letting her know that a payment in the amount of $771.04 was issued to her Zelle account on 11/10. I have attached a screenshot of the confirmation of payment sent.  Please let me know if there is any additional issues that remain unresolved.
