      They are changing my billing preference which was not a my request to charge me an additional fee. You cannot leave a message, the email on the website or the their answering system does not work. I feel that they are scamming customers to make more money by saying that your billing was changed to direct mail. The company cannot be reached. This is horrible service.

      Absolutely horrific company. We paid for our solar upfront and it has been sitting on our roof for approximately 5 months and after calling and getting 5 different answers they finally have sent the engineer report after 5 months. And when I called to ask what was going on they lied over the phone and when I asked for a supervisor - apparently one will be calling back tomorrow morning because they were conveniently in a meeting and could only send text messages in the meeting not answer calls. Basically use anyone else but them. Will be seeking legal counsel soon if need be.
