Since December 24th, 2024, I have been charged ***** plus an added fee of 4.95 for something called Internet Festivity, a streaming service. I never signed up for this service. Upon examining the Internet Festivity site and the site of its parent company JBED, it's clear this is nothing but a fraudulent scam. Both sites are boiler plate junk sites that have language that indicates the creator of the sites do not use English as their primary language. The address for the parent company does not lead to a business, its a private home in *****, *******. My account had a phone number attached to it: ************. I called it and had to press 6 then 1 and # to reach an agent. Agent asked me to verify card number, I only verified last 4. When I asked to be refunded, I was disconnected. I called back and this time I had to press 2 then 1 and #, I got another agent and explained again. And also refused to be put on hold to prevent being "disconnected" again. Initially, they tried to refund me for 2 charges of ***** and both 4.95 charges. I insisted on all charges as I never ever signed up for this service. I also stated they owed me overdraft fees of 28 which happened 3 times as well. That was ignored but they are supposedly refunding all other charges, ****** and *****. I am very leery. When I asked for a confirmation email, they told me it would take 24 hours. That makes no sense at all.Business Response

This charge of ***** by ********* on my account and this happened 2 times. I do not know who this is or what it is and there is no website.Customer Answer

I emailed that company and they said I subscribed to something called ************** but I don't know what that is. They told me they canceled my subscription I said I wanted my money back for both transactions they asked for the first 6 and last 4 of my debit card. I'm not stupid.

**** from JBED Corp stated that the consumer has a subscription with them for unlimited streaming of the latest music, games and other software for their phone. BBB STAFF advised the consumer states she was unaware of the subscription and would like a refund.
**** confirmed the consumer's card ending in 6775 would see a refund in the next 3-5 business days for the month of Oct's purchase.

One of my credit cards has been charged $39.95 a month for 6 months by ntclst.us. I have never heard of this company, and I never authorized monthly charges of $39.95 on any of my credit cards. The ntclst.us website is nothing more than various paragraphs suggesting they provide great service and assistance with no mention of what service they provide. JBED Corp is at the very bottom of the page. The useless webpage is clear evidence of fraud to me. I filed a fraud report about the charges with the credit card company. After two weeks, my credit card company denied my fraud claim stating they received evidence of purchase and delivery from the merchant. I am now having to appeal the fraud claim because this entity is particularly insidious and providing fake evidence to keep the money flowing to them.Initial Complaint

I received an alert from my bank that a charged was attempted by a company named "NTCLST.US". I found this company online and found the owner was JBED CORP out of Maimi. I contacted JBED CORP and asked why they would be trying to charge me $39.95. The person on the line wanted me to give him my card number and would not provide any information on why an attempt was made to charge my account. This is not the first time an attempt was made to charge me in a scam like this. My experience is that most people just don't notice an amount that small.Initial Complaint

I recently discovered that $39.95 was being debited out of my personal checking account for the last 14months, the last being 2/8/2022 by a company identified as Gamcul.com. Not knowing or having never done or authorized business with company I contacted my Bank and requested a stop payment placed on my account for any further debits from this company. A website for Gam-cul.com wasnt found. See screenshot provided. My bank informed me after investigating that they, gam-cul had my information and I had signed up unintentionally, but additionally the account was canceled. Upon calling the listed phone number I was informed by support that there was a streaming account open in my name and email address when I assured him that i did not open the account and was not using their steaming service and requested a refund of all funds debited from my account. I was informed that the account was canceled and yet another charge came out in February. This is a scam and others need to know about it. I am seeking $399 refund.Initial Complaint

I recently discovered that $39.95 was being debited out of my personal checking account for the last 13 months, the last being 7/27/22, by a company identified as Gamcul.com. Not knowing or having never did business with company I contacted my Bank and requested a stop payment placed on my account for any further debits from this company. A website for Gam-cul.com was found. Upon calling the listed phone number I was informed by a lady in billing support that there was a streaming account open in my name and email address when I assured her that i did not open the account and was not using their steaming service and requested a refund of all funds debited from my account. I was informed that the account would be closed but all they could refund me was the last 3 months. I called again the following day and i was given the same information, but they refunded me another 3 months and stated it would have to go to a higher level of dispute for more. When I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager i was hung up on and my follow up phone calls went unanswered. I am seeking a full refund of all funds that were debited unauthorized from my checking account totaling $519.35 over the last 13 months.Business Response
