    I signed up for the language course with the company and paid $1200 dollars to learn and they only sent me books and then told me you have to read and if you don't understand something you contact us I havent had any luck achieving a refund result communicating my complaint with the company and just now found this new option of making my voice heard I feel that I was a victim of a scam and the services provided by sending the few books is in no relation to the price that was charged which in addition is financed through third party loan by ways of the company Please help

    Our customer MR ****** ***** enter a contract with us on 03.14.2022,he bought our English course system 'Hablando Ingles" which includes the four books, 1dictionary,  1USB, Online platform, available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week,, and telephone tutoring  that he can call Monday thru Thursday 8am to 11pm, Friday 8am-8pm and Saturday 9am to 3pm, eastern time. The duration of the online and telephone tutoring was for two years, (expired on March 2024).

    Our customer service department contacted Mr ****** in refence to his complaint to the BBB,  , and he informed us that he  wants  personal telephone  tutoring in a one to one bases., he already had that service available for  the  two years of the contract, but  we  are going to do our best effort to give him the classes that he is requesting (personal telephone tutoring), at a suitable time for him during our business hours , as a courtesy from the company.

    Hopefully this will offer a solution to Mr ***** and he will be able  to study English.

    Good Day, a cordial greeting, my name is *****************************, I signed up for an English course, on 04/2022, I paid $100 per month, but I didn't like it, and on 07/2022 I decided to notify them so that they would cancel me before the month of August, but this company refuses to cancel it, and they want me to pay them for the full year for a service that I am not using and they threaten me that they will send me to collection. I have informed them by email, by phone and by text message to cancel me and not charge me more, but they do not want to do it. Please can you help me

    We would like to inform in reference to the case # mentioned above, that our customer did a contract on ************ with our company Audio Visual Language, **** established since ****, to study English with our system.  The customer gave a down payment and was paying the remaining balance in installments. 

    Our cancellation policy as you can see it on the contract that she  provide, is 72 working hours from the date  of the  contract, but we always have been very flexible if the cancellation is in a reasonable time frame and the client has a valid reason for it.

    Our client decides around 60 days after having the program and materials,  that she does not want it anymore, having the material with her, and having use the service,for example, the telephone tutoring service,  thru the months of May and July 2022. The  course also have online access to study (web app)  for the customer and three members  of the immediate  family to study, and is available 24/7 for a period of two(2) years from the date of the contract. 

    We have decide to closed her account effective immediately.
