    This is a vacation Club in which I took a membership in 2021. They provided me with a website to make travel reservations using my membership. I spent $15000 on the membership. Now, it is impossible to reach them. When I connect, they promise to call me back with my reservation but then disappears. Most often, they don't pick up he phone.

    Good morning people from Better Business Buro,

     

    We hope this E-mail finds you well!

     In follow up to this complaint from our member **** **************** we hereby inform you that the client has been contacted and he has always had at his reach our channels of communication. So based on the proofs that we are putting in attachment, you will come to realize that there has never been a lack of communication or whatsoever from our end.

     What happened was that since we our headquarter is located in the ******************* the client tried to reach us outside our member service schedule, specifically on Saturday, for being exact on *****th after 12 PM. He sent us a message to our WhatsApp number, our auto- reply message informed back to member that our office was already closed and that he would be contacted back on regular business hour, but it turns out that the following Monday (02.27th), we had a national holyday (Independence Day) and therefore our office was closed and with limited staff.

    Clent was informed regarding this situation though, and we expressed our apologies for the inconveniences of the delay, even though the client's issues was immediately addressed on Tuesday.

     The client has always got in communication with us mainly thru WhatsApp and we respond on time as you can see in our messages in attachment, with the exception of the messages sent *****th after 12PM and on Monday, but the above explanation justifies this situation.

     

     Conclusion:  We apologize that due to our past holyday, this situation has escalated to you, but thankfully client's concern was sorted out and taken care of.
