      Mi nombre es **** ******** Esta denuncia es para reportar a la clnica RECOVERY BELLA DONNA H&M con direccin ****************************************************************** ****** ***** ****** duea de la clnica con nmero de EIN ********** Yo di un depsito de $500 para la atencin o cuidado de una ciruga que an no me e echo En su momento **** me llamaba a cada rato para que diera el depsito por adelantado, de los cuales hize el pago **** me envo recibo por el pago y ahora me est diciendo en mensaje de texto que **** no me va a devolver nada porqu yo no tengo desposito alguno, **** se quiere quedar con mi dinero La razn por lo que estoy pidiendo la devolucin de mi desposito no es porqu no me vaya hacer la ciruga es porqu cuando yo le ped la licencia del personal que cuida ah en *** clnica no me las proebieron Y por otro lado cuando yo chequie la licencia de la clnica estaba es otro lugar y eso no me di confianza en ponerme en las manos de ellos y yo no voy a poner mi vida en manos de personas que no son profesionales *** investigacin le compite a ustedes como ley del estado Tengo mensajes donde **** se niega a devolverlo En ningn momento me dijo que el depsito no es reembolsable Tambin tengo recibo en mi email del pago que hize por $500 Por otra parte la seora ******* **** ME INSULTO FEAMENTE CON PALABRAS NO PROFESIONALES EN UNA LLAMADA TELEFNICA QUE ELLA ME HIZO EL DA 12/12/24 8:30 AM De las cuales tengo captura y grabacin Junto con los mensaje de texto que **** me envo por interno Estoy pidiendo mi dinero del cual no hize uso de ningun servicio con dicha clnica nombrada antes Muchas gracias por su ayuda Att:**** ********

      Hello to whom this may concern, I was a customer here at ********************************************* **** I checked in this hotel/recovery home Sept 25th 2024 - October 5th 2024 Summary :I paid for 15 days, but I only stayed 10 days I pay for 10 massages and I only did six I paid for the 3 IVs and they only give me one In total I paid $6,237 via Zelle as you will see in the attachments. Each night is $375 per night Massages are 6 for $750 IVS are sets of 3 but i cant remember how much they were honestly I have tried to contact the Owner ********** Son ****** numerous times with no response or any type of excuse. This company states I signed paperwork that states they have 6 months to refund me I have never signed even one paper. Please note I don't want a FULL refund I just want the money that was over charged to be refunded, I did use their ************ understand that HAS to be paid. If you ask why I over paid, it was because I had anticipated staying more time but was given the green light to go home by my cosmetic surgeon October 5th. To addition to my complaint, this is a Recovery Home where they guarantee 24/7 care of a nurse, NO ONE there is a actual CNA OR RN. CNAs or HHA are not licensed to heal wounds or give meds or injections, they deal with bodily fluids & when I asked about the nurses title they got offended. I just want everyone to be aware & mindful of this place & how they conduct themselves & how they dont keep their word when they promise to give you a refund & never do so. Its dangerous & super unprofessional. Please help me resolve my issue. If you have any further questions please give me a call at *************
