1 star*************. I ordered a set of headlights & then decided not to use them. The websites states a 30 day rerun policy. The headlights I bought are known to leak water which Inlearned after they arrived. They are unused and in the original box but after reading their fine print, the rerun has to be literally unopened ! As in the tape cant even be broken. How are you going to get and item and check that its the right thing without opening the tape!! the headlights are brand new, never removed from the box and unused and now im stuck with them and no refund because i opened the tape. this is a joke company- they sell trash/ they lie on the website reviews as well which is what got me. Hello Better Business Bureau,
This is ******* from TCBMST clarifying the situation with this order.
Mr. ******* ordered a 2005-2023 ****** Tacoma Roof Rack Height Bed Rack / Bare Metal.
When he received it, he contacted us as he was not satisfied with the product. Pictures were requested and received. After reviewing the images, a response was sent to Mr. ******* informing him that the Roof Rack he received was the exact same Roof Rack he ordered.
Subsequently one of the customer support agents called him to further assist him. During the conversation he expressed his inconformity with the item, he said that the rack was different from the one of the website and it was not acceptable; the agent explained that the rack on our website was painted (powder coated) and the one he ordered was bare, there are 2 options to choose from for this product. He said that didn't want to keep the rack and asked for instructions to return it.
The agent explained that for orders where the reason for return isnt a result of a TACOMABEAST (TCMBST)error, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges related to the return of the item and any restocking fees. He agreed to this policy.
An email was then sent with RMA# (Return Authorization Number) this number is required for any return along with the return address, re-packing instructions and we also informed that the shipping cost was going to be deducted plus a 20% restocking fee. We advised to him that since he was responsible for shipping the item back plus the additional deductions, to try to sell it locally as many customers do so to avoid the return fees.
He replied expressing his disagreement with the return policy and again with the quality of the product.

Absolutely **** poor management. Ordered a product and got to my house decided I didnt need it. Didnt open out of the box or anything sent it back and 2 months later I still have no refund, bad enough it was a few hundred dollars. *********************************** is no help at all either. I ordered a Prinsu Cab Rack and Cali Raised light bar for my son's truck for his birthday. This order was placed on November 25th. There was no indication that there was any backorder status or any other issue preventing it being shipped in a timely manner. On November 27th I was sent an e-mail requesting a payment of $8.28 for insurance. I agreed to get the process moving faster. I then get an invoice for $10.35 for the same insurance quoted at $8.28. I reluctantly paid in order to get my product that I ordered. On Saturday December 2nd, I received the Prinsu Cab Rack but there was no light bar (which I paid for) in the order. Again there was no notice provided that the light bar was delayed or backordered. On December 4th, I reached out to customer service to find a status on my order. I received a e-mail back stating they had to check with the supplier. December 6th, I received an update and stated they expected a batch of lights to be shipped by the end of the week or beginning of next week. I was advised that I would be notified of any updates to my order. On December 13th, son's birthday still no word from Tacomabeast. I send another e-mail to customer service asking for an update. December 14th, I received an e-mail stating that all lead times are estimations (no lead time were indicated) and that they were subject to change based on variables that are out of their control. There has been no contact from them since the 14th.On December 18th, I reached out to Cali Raised directly and actually spoke to someone on the phone. The employee was super helpful but advised that the light bar was in fact on backorder and Tacomabeast should have informed me of that. The employee ensured me that I should be added to the top of the list when they are ready to ship.I will not be purchasing anything else from Tacomabeast and should have read all the other reviews stating that they are just a middle man and to order directly from the manufacturer.Tacomabeast

Do not, I repeat do not order from Tacoma Beats !!! Customer service ? What is that ? This company is a 0 out of ten. Ordered headlights for Tacoma, received headlights ( ******) . They didn't work. Emailed them , was advised they would have to contact there supplier and see what they wanted too do( oh yes that's right, a product they sell but too bad so sad ). Have sent them three other emails! Crickets ... by looking at there business review and people's reviews they are a joke company. Or I should say a scam company!!!Tacomabeast

1 starI ordered and installed a pair of headlights from TacomaBeast and was very happy with them for roughly a month after that month the drivers side headlight filled with water due to some kind of failed seal. so naturally I tried to contact the company about a ***************, it was nearly impossible to get ahold of them but when I finally did after nearly a week they told me to contact their supplier, AlphaRex, which told me yes it was a warranty able issue and to get back In contact with TacomaBeast I showed TacomaBeast proof of what AlphaRex had said and they accepted the warranty under the condition I fill out my credit card info that way if I did not return the headlights they could charge me. The following week the replacement headlight arrived and I shipped back the old ones. All was well for about five weeks until I got an email from TacomaBeast telling me they would charge me for modification of the headlight and removing a dust cover. I had never done either of these things I have been accused of and am very unhappy as they have said they will charge my card for the price of the headlights which is roughly $500. This was not what they stated would use my card for so I was lied to and my money is being stolen this is unacceptable.Review fromJames P
