Coop By Ryder charged me $22,912.42 for a 2023 **** Anthem (**** unit number) semi truck rental that I DID NOT have because it broke down and was being worked on. ALL repairs were covered under the manufacturer warranty from ****. I had $6,774.87 transferred from my previous reservation #KYCWMF6U to this new reservation. I was charged $351.56 on 1/14/2023, $1,054.06 on 1/19/2023, $1,752.34 on 1/19/2023, $8,239.24 on 1/19/2023, $4.52 on 1/24/2023, $4,735.83 (late fees and 3x the rate for a truck that is NOT in my possession and being worked on by **** for warranty repairs!) All these late fees and truck fees are incorrect! I did not have the **** Truck. It broke down and COOP still charged me. Not only did they charge me but they blocked me out of my account (which I still have a trailer rental for - this is also a problem because I cant make payments and COOP is always sending me automated messages about late fees, etc. how can someone pay when they are locked out of their account?!!!). Every charge starting from 1/14/2023 is objectively invalid and needs to be returned immediately. This isnt difficult to understand. You cannot charge me for a vehicle I DO NOT HAVE and that broke down due to a manufacturer defect. I did nothing to the truck. Ive been a client of COOP for a long time and spent 10s of thousands with COOP. I understand COOP by Ryder is a start up backed by a larger company but stealing from your clients is NEVER acceptable.

There were multiple dates from July 27, 2022 on.We have basically hault our business entirely due to this company. They had promised to zero out the account for all that they have put us through after their supervisor re listened to the recorded calls and many false promises. Their negligence has cost us over $7800 in dropped contracts with our customers, and $ ***** additionally in missed contracts. Caused us to not be able to run because we did not have transportation. Were a transportation business. They were accusing us of owing over ***** but they were double charging us the entire time. We were screamed at by the last manager and she stated she didn't listen to the recordings and she wasn't the correct department but was in charge of operations not billing. She was very rude since we "interrupted their early weekend on a Friday " and this has happened d 3 times with supervisors in this company.Their system is very inaccurate full of discrepancies and their dereliction its dilapidated our business tremendously. We have been out of busines for over 2 months now they took our only source of transportation to run our routes in a truck shortage world. They falsely reported the truck STOLEN when they promised they wouldn't. They have been very full of unfulfilled promises costing us our business, livelihood and has been very detrimental to our business due to these false accusations and much more. I have all the ***************** written out. And we already went through this with one manager and he was to get it all "taken care of " and zeroed but in the system but has been 5 weeks that we have been brushed off now and now we are getting notices that we "have a balance due" and then another one yesterday day 10/21/22 that they tried to charge our card, but, UNAUTHORIZED?Account was to be zeroed out .we have been very patient and understanding and got nothing but brushed off & lied to WE NEED TO REREVIEW THE BILLING TOGETHER TO SEE THE DISCREPANCIES LINEbyLINE
