      I purchased a 2018 **** Eco Sport about August 2023 at the Hollywood location, which is now closed. The automobile had approximately ****** miles when I bought it, and it did not last even a year. I called them and said that, due to a recall issued by ****, the engine oil belt tensioner broke, causing me to lose power on the interstate and the engine and motor have to be replaced. I have been without a car for the past three months. When I called to speak with someone, they instructed me to take it to ****, but **** couldn't do anything because they didn't have the part. I called the Car Factory, but they kept putting me on hold and refusing to answer the phone. I am stuck with an automobile that doesn't operate and don't know when it will be fixed. The best thing is that they sold me the automobile knowing it was recalled. Do not go there.

      I bought a truck from this company a year ago with warranty. This particular truck only has 15,000 miles on it at the time. As for to a year later, the truck engine goes out. The manager told me straight up to my face. “take it to ram because we are not going to fix that. It is way too expensive.” They also promise me a referral compensation my sister purchased a vehicle from here and so did my brother-in-law. This company is straight up **********. Please watch out.

      Well the owner *****, is very much a ***** he stopped a repossession on a car by falsying papers so the repossession man couldn't get the car He is hiding the car on the lot for his boyfriend that lives *************************** that he's having an affair with. He's a married man and he has his lover living right there on the car lot in the office. His boyfriend ***** ************************* isn't alcoholic and he allows him to drink and do anything he wants there he says he's keeping him alive but he's only enabling him to keep on using. Yeah that's the kind of person ***** of the car factory is. He rips people off constantly to with his cars I wouldn't go there if I were you.

      I went today second time to give them another chance and boy they did the same car dealership trick to bring you the store and maybe scam you.they advertise a very low price $21,000 on a car with ****** miles and after when you there the car is not there first of all they don't let you check the car until they have an agreement with you. The same manager which is a scammer but not proffesional because he is weak and he can foul a fly .trying to tell me the car has life warranty and thats why the office fees are high and the new price out of the door is $29,100 this is a shame and someone need to stop this crooks . those people are full of bs.Don't go there save your gas!

      I purchased a car from this dealership close to two months ago. I was told I have a bumper to bumper warranty for anything that goes wrong with my car. Within a week of having my car the problems started rolling in. The entire electrical system was giving me issues. They sold me the car with a cracked windshield and a broken tail light which I didnt notice at first. My radio system started glitching and my backup camera completely went out. Also they sold me the car with no break pads and the rotors are shot. *** been trying to contact a manager for a while and they tell me they will call me back and they never do so. In order for me to speak to a manager I had to go into the dealership and ask for the manager, he told me he would call me back and never did so. They are very unprofessional and they clearly do not care about customer service or their reputations. I would steer clear of this place. The cars looks decent on the outside, but when it comes to the car function you are definitely going to be out of luck on that one.
