    I wanted to get information on a used car. I found the web site of ************** and subscribed trial period $1.00. I registered & proceeded to enter the vin # of the vehicle, but no information was available. I never recv any information thru this company and generated no report so I cancelled this. I recv my bank statement and seen there was the $1 charge on 2/3/2025 and a charge of $29.95 on 2/6/2025. I called representative states that my payment had never gone thru which I tried to explain to her it did because the money was subtracted from my bank acct. she requested copies of my statement. Days later I received an email with the confirmation of my cancellation I replied to the email and requested a refund. I never heard back from them. I tried to contact the company once more to see if they had updated where it would show my payment and again I sat on hold for an hr 1/2 only to get hung up on. I was following up on my disputes or request so I contacted the company once again today 3/31/2025 approx 9am spk to a representative state I did not request the refund within the desired time. I explain to her what was going on never recv any services and I would like a full refund. She tells me to shut up and to stop interrupting her while she was speaking and was very rude and than hangs up on me. I called the number again to *** to a manager but would not go thru where she had blocked my number . Which is why I am filing a complaint. I have tried numerous times to get my money refunded with nothing but rude customer service and unanswered emails and misinformation. They did not want to refund my money from the start with but keep getting excuses and hung up on when trying to explain. My bank is Synovus Connection prepaid and as of 3/31/2025 my bank is discontinuing the card and will no longer be used and I will need my refund to my new card or by check but no one will listen or take my calls to get this resolved.
