  They do not honor their 10 year warranty on the very expensive tuun. They have run me in circles over a broken product that is supposed to have a warranty. Most legitimate companies replace a faulty product NO questions asked to show that they really truly stand behind what they offer. Not velovita. I will not order anything from them ever again and I will tell all of my contacts to discontinue use.

  The Velovita line of products are amazing! A Bran in the afternoon to sharpen my focus after lunch. Zlem to help me sleep better and detox. **** has been awesome to help my muscles recover from tough workouts.

  Sharing my experience is important to me. Initially, I was skeptical about the products, but they worked wonders! Zlem helped me detox my body, and stage 1 was amazing as it did what it was meant to do, DETOX! I also tried Uuth and Bran, which were delicious and helpful; Bran helped me stay focused and curb my cravings. The customer service agents are simply amazing! Every time I have any questions or concerns, they are quick, super helpful, and resolve my issues as soon as possible. They guide me through the process step by step with images if necessary, and I am impressed by their customer care. They know how to treat people. Lastly, Velovita's website and back office are user-friendly and simple. We always have amazing materials to share. Velovita is an excellent company in every way.

  I like the products they offer, my favorite is the **** because of its distinctive taste, I have offered it to family members and they loved it. The zlem surprisingly makes me sleep better and I love it because it's natural! These as supplements to a healthy diet have helped me to have more energy.

  Velovita's items were fantastic! I use Bran, and the added punch throughout the day is a godsend now that it's a part of who I am. My favorite is Chocolate Sea salt. Have you tried it on the ********** is amazing!

  The product does create the illusion of working. The bran really does boost your energy and mood, but I felt pretty high strung and often forgot to eat. The zlem definitely makes you p*** However, I found after taking it for 5 months, I did not lose any weight. And I do exercise 5-7 days. Once I stopped taking the zlem I had headaches for about 2 weeks. I attribute these headaches to zlem withdrawal. Within 2 nights of not taking the zlem, even with the headaches, I was sleeping much better.

  We investigated this matter further and are rather confused by your BBB review because it is contrary to your conversations with **************** where you stated that you did not like the flavor of a product that is not mentioned in your review and that you loved zlem and bran. On June 21st, you spoke to the **************** team to request a product exchange for pls, purchased on March 29th (more than 30 days after purchase), an entirely different product that you received for free as part of a BOGO deal. You had also purchased this same product earlier that month on March 19th.
  
  In your email to ****************, you stated I am rather new to the company and products. I love zlem  and bran. I feel like *** spent a decent amount of money to date and asked us to lift our policies to honor your request to change out the free box of pls to another product, which is against our Policies and Procedures as no product exchanges are allowed. You also requested a refund, which could not be done because the request was more than 30 days after purchase and promotional deals such as BOGO are final sale only, which is clearly marked on the flyer as well as on the receipt.
