    I’ve lived all over the world. I’ve lived in Latin America. I’ve lived in Europe and I’ve lived in American cities. This Waste connections is the most horrifying company the most horrifying trash collector on the planet that I ever got with here you are in the United States of America and these people leave garbage everywhere they make more noise and they have ancient equipment. They make more noise than there is in Gaza. It’s like Gaza every time they come here it’s like you’re being bombed. It’s like you’re being bombed. It’s like a war zone when this company shows up and the employees are horrifying horrifying. This is Miami. People are rude and nasty and can’t do what they’re asked to do so this is a late stage capitalism and everybody’s gonna be screwed because people behave like this everywhere. That’s why I’m reporting it because this is horrifying the way the company acts the way they behave . Their whole operation is Horrifying.

    Worst company ever. Did not pick up my recycling for three weeks in a row despite my can being out and visible. Calls to company did not do any good.

    They left me without trash pick up for more than a month. Would always have an excuse and costumer service never gave me a solution. Had to pay others to take the trash and hire a new trash service. They havent even picked up their container or refunded the whole month without service. Worst company

    I started this claim by phone on 6-20-22 less than a month (20 days) from the overload charge stated on the updated invoice May 31. I believe that should have been more than enough time to resolve this claim. I explained to Mr. * the account manager, that the original Invoice dated May 25th did not have the overload charge because the pick-up was not made until after the 25th of May. He said he would look into it and call me back with results. I spoke to Mr. * a total of two times, and he never returned any of my calls about the overload. I repeatedly called to discuss his findings on the days that followed which included: June 21, 24, 29, and 30; Then on July 6, 11, 15, 18, 26, and 28. I emailed him on July 8 about objections to both the overload charge and the service charge increase. Why could I not get a resolution to this claim at that time? Why could I not get a GPS confirmation of the service date less than a month from the dated invoice? Why could I not get the account manager to return any of my calls? This is highly unusual to me. I requested verification for the pickup date within a reasonable time there was nothing done. Now the time has conveniently passed, and Waste Connections will insist on payment for the overload when there is no proof that can be gathered by your company. The claim was that there had not been a pickup on May 25 instead the pickup was done after that date making the dumpster overloaded. For that reason, the invoice had to be updated on May 31. This particular situation was verified by a tenant living at the location that she had to clean up around the dumpster when it was finally picked-**. ** conclusion to this month-long ordeal, none of these actions seem to line-** with what is expressed in the Statement of Values under Integrity or **************** posted on the website by your parent company. Sadly enough the only evaluation I have is that your business ethics are questionable and your customer service is non-existent.
