This company went to my home drilled holes on the walls and ceiling and collected thousand on my insurance company.. one year later still have holes all over and nobody picks up the phone when you call them . stay away from this thieves. My advice

5 starsWell Done Mitigation has been very quick in their response to my situation. I was able to get a same day appointment on the day of my initial call. Two members of their staff arrived within a couple of hours and conducted my intake interview and home inspection. Within a couple of days they had installed a tarp on my roof to prevent further damage and drying equipment inside the home. I am very happy with progress of my case.Review fromLuis E

1 starTerrible experience. Never communicated with me, left me out to figure out what was happening. Very difficult to get someone on the phone or return my email messages. They came to my house and made promises that never happened and broke holes on my ceilings and walls that they never fixed. The ripped the painting from a door which was never corrected. Installed a faulty tarp on my roof that tore apart, and the sandbags broke leaving debris all over my pool and yard. I called them and they came to replace it but never told me that I would be charged every time they come to my house. Buyer be aware, they charge you for everything! Once you reach a settlement, they kept most of the money. I did not even get enough to fix the wholes they made all over my house. Please Please do your homework before hiring these people. Get your own lawyer, the lawyer they recommend is not there to represent you, only to get their own money. Very disappointed with this experience. The worst choice I ever made. I ended up with more debt and still have a bad roof and no insurance because my insurance company dropped me for filing a claim. They do not tell you any of this.Review fromMaria A
