  I am rejecting this response because:
  The burden of proof falls on the collection agency not the consumer me *************************, I find it concerning that Indalo LLC Services collections is not complying with legal requests. Irequest Indalo LLC Services collection agency provide proof they sent debt validation, as is my legal right. It Indalo LLC Services cantor provide proof, I demand this account be removed from my credit report as is my right per FCRA section 623,(a)()). This is my last request before I file a formal complaint with the **** and the FTC

  Throughout this letter, we verify that there is indeed a real and accurate debt owed by ***************************** to our company, Indalo LLC. *************** purchased an equipment from ** on October 10, 2019, for the amount of $1,995.00. His financing agreement included 48 installments starting on November 1, 2019, and ending on November 1, 2023. **************** intermittently made payments, with the last payment made on April 1, 2022, leaving 21 installments unpaid, totaling $1,050.00. Consequently, the debt was referred to collection, and the lack of payment is reported monthly to the Credit Bureau.
  Attached to this response is a screenshot of a chat with ***************, where the collection process and his response are evident. In his response, he acknowledges the debt and acknowledges the lack of payment,stating in Spanish the reasons for not making the payment ("If I know that I haven't been working right now and it's a bit difficult for me to make payments, as soon as I start working, I'll make a payment and buy the new filters that I need"). We also attach a call history showing calls made by him and our callback attempts to negotiate a payment agreement, to which he did not agree. During the phone conversation, it was explained to him that, being in collection already, a payment agreement could be made where he could make significant payments to settle the debt, but he did not respond further to finalize the payment agreement.
  We provide this explanatory note solely in response to the inquiry. We do not send supporting documents of the credit **************** already possesses to avoid breaching confidentiality norms.
