    I have been trying to get Freezer repaired that is under Warrenty since December 5th. The company refuses to speak with me over the phone and has sent out several defective or damaged parts. So i am without a freezer unit that is less than a year old. They refuse to exchange the freezer for a new or used unit. I dont know what to do since they wont speak to me directly or send out parts that actually work so repair can be completed. I would like the Freezer replaced or recieve a refund.

    This situation for the customer was unfortunate, however was never a lack of communication or response.  

    The unit in question was in need of a new compressor which was shipped out.   The shipment was damaged and in need of a replacement.  A second compressor was shipped and once again was damaged and did not want to risk trying to fix the unit.  So we needed to ship a 3rd unit out, however due to issues with supplies, the 3rd compressor took longer than anyone wanted.  And to add to this, this occurred during the holiday season.

    Finally the 3rd compressor arrived and we were able to the service company out to due the fix.  The unit is operational as of Feb. 14th.
