    Today I have experienced one of the worst **************** ever in *******. I bought 2 sliding doors from this company back in Aug 2022, "special order" bc Bronze finish has to be pre-order and takes approx. 8 weeks. I received my doors in early Oct, great! Earlier than expected. About 2 weeks ago our contractor started doing repairs and installing both doors, then we realized the doors didn't open both ways that they had a fixed panel. (When purchasing the doors, I was never educated or instructed on how new doors could function, never they explained to me doors could have a fixed panel or both could be sliding doors, my previous old doors could both open so I figured it was all the same. I figured all this later on when the problem came thru)We waited until this business were open after holidays and swing by today to explain the owner *** what was going on. Things went ***** real quick. Owner denied his employee having any responsibility on this blamed all on me, mentioned that I should know all this things and I should ask questions. He was VERY RUDE, very unprofessional for a sales person, even telling me on my face: " don't act dumb bc you are not dumb" when I was trying to explain what his employee and I talked about when I purchased the doors. That is definitely not a way to treat or talk to a customer specially when explaining this is first time buying. Now I have to be stuck with doors that are not practical with the layout of my home and nothing I can do. NEVER EVER coming to this place again.BTW I also had to deal with the fact that handles came in white when the doors were bronze.

    When orders are placed it is specified on your invoice detailed of color, dimensions and how the product opens.

    It is the customer responsibility to review the invoice and ask any questions if there is something that you do not understand.

    CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING ALL ESTIMATED DETAILS BEFORE AND AFTER PURCHASE.

    If you have a contractor it is a good idea to communicate with him the details of such products that have been purchased.

    When the order is ready and it is picked up by the customer we specify what is that they are picking up in detail and customer is required to sign.

    In reference to the white handle, yes the manufacturer packaged by error the wrong color in which we did exchange for Black which is the color use for a Bronze door.

    Unfortunately we are not able to do any exchange or refund since it is a SPECIAL ORDER.
