    I subscribed to HTPY's Monthly Subscription on 11/24/20, on 1/8/21 I attempted to login to my account to cancel my subscription. I was asked to change my password, then I followed directions to unsubscribe. It looks like it worked. Then I continued to go about my life and upon my billing statements I saw they were still charging me. I reached out through their online portal and never-heard back. I've gone in multiple times to my account to try and unsubscribe, which it says I'm successful and every month I keep getting charged. Still, now, January 2023 I am getting charge and I'b about fed up. I've called my bank many times and they cannot do anything about it. I am wondering how many hundreds if not thousands of people are being charged against their own desire and attempt to unsubscribe. This is ridiculous. There is no number to call, no one responds to their emails. I want my money back, total refund, two years of subscriptions at $10 monthly and there should be legal repercussion for this type of behavior from a business.

    We are sorry to hear you have this experience, as it is our first time hearing about this complaint. Which online portal did you reach out to? (We want to make sure the messages are getting through). We immediately reached out to Vimeo customer service who deals with all the back end cancellations/subscriptions, etc, and they have refunded all charges from 1/21 - 1/23 and you should receive that refund within **** business days.
