    The date of the incident was November 11, 2024. The repair man named **** ******** from Cajun Air was called to my house by my warranty company to repair my air conditioner unit. The repair man had come over the Friday before and assess the damages on my unit. He said he had a part in his shop and would be back on Monday and will contact me in the morning. On Monday morning, I did not hear from him finally about 230. I called him to find out where he was and he said he was finishing up one more job and then he would be over. He then called me later on to say that he was in *********** had just finished. The job was going to grab a bite to eat and come over. He finally arrived at my house at 8:30 pm. He replaced the part to repair the air conditioner. He had been using the side door of the house all evening. Before he left, he said, let me get you a business card. My front slider door to my screened in porch was open, but the screen door was closed. Apparently, he did not notice. The screen door was closed and walked right through the door, breaking the screen and the door frame. He stumbled and started to fall with both his hands in front of him. He caught himself on the aluminum screen door in the front of the porch and ripped that screen. He said send him pictures in the morning and he would reimburse me for the damages. I sent the screen door pictures and the aluminum door pictures the next day. I also sent him the dimensions of the door from that point on I never heard from him again. I have tried calling him. I have called the warranty company and they tell me that he is responsible for the damages. We would just like to have our damages to our property repaired however he does not responding to my phone calls or my emails. The integrity of this repair man in my opinion is zero since he will not acknowledge me or fix these damages
