    I am a prior customer but now they dont return phone calls as I called twice for service and they never called back!! I guess they dont need the business!!

    Beware. They will give you a bill and charge you more. I paid my bill with a credit card and checked my credit card account and they charged me ***** more I called them and they said it's credit card fees and other fees. I looked up my chimney and only half of it was cleaned.
