Extremely unprofessional staff. I stopped by their kiosk yesterday at the *********************** Gun Show. For the longest time, no staff member was present, and marketing materials were openly displayed. My son picked up an Army fridge magnet, which I helped him carry as we continued browsing nearby stalls. Moments later, a man who later identified as the True Vet Solutions representative aggressively approached me, snatched the magnet from my hand without any prior explanation, and loudly accused me of stealing. The manner in which he acted was shockingly unprofessional and confrontational, drawing unnecessary attention and causing a scene in a public venue.I returned to the booth to clarify the misunderstanding and to explain the situation. Instead of engaging in a respectful conversation, the representative appeared agitated and confrontational, further escalating an issue that could have been handled with basic *********** a military veteran myself, I was taken aback by this behavior, especially from a company that claims to serve the veteran community. This incident raises serious concerns about the professionalism and emotional fitness of the individuals representing this company. Businesses that work with veterans and handle sensitive matters such as disability claims should hold themselves to a higher standard of conduct, especially when interacting with fellow veterans and their families.

IMHO You need to stay away, They are nonresponsive, unhelpful not organized and have no clue. They al call you Brother then blow you off and then the next guy calls and says Brother we are waiting on you to do something that you did four times already. If you email; them no one will respond to you and if you do get an email they misrepresent what they put in the email. I gave them three chances (two more than I should have) and each time it was repeated again, I would stay away from them!!!

At first I was told that they would be there every step of the way and that they would be heavily involved but this was not the case. What I got was about 4-6 phone calls none of which were longer than ***** mins. They put me in touch with a doctor to send my DBQ to the VA I had to pay this doctor 400 dollars out of my own pocket and all that came from it was the VA made me do 3 different C and P exams anyway all of which I studied for on my own by watching ******* videos from veteran law firms. When I was given consultation before all these appointments they were short phone calls where I was given very little you could call useful information. So then I get my increase and Im sent a bill for $11,511 dollars and for what? They gave me a doctors telephone number who I had to reach out to and pay on my own and did less than 2 man hours of work over the phone! This is unacceptable. At no time did anyone in their company ever tell me I would be paying anything close to that amount of money back to them. Im an unemployed veteran living on $3621 dollars a month and they send me an invoice telling me Im automatically enrolled in a program to pay the $1151 a month so about 30 percent of my income for ten months. This is not helping veterans and what they are attempting to charge for the services they are actually providing is incredibly irrational.

I was hesitant about dealing with, what I thought was going to be pushy salesman. ***** and **** were far from that. They took care of me like family. It was such an easy process and I can't thank them enough.
