    ***** installed a screen room onto my house in October/November 2023. After installation, I paid him $11,240, and he told me that if there were any issues such as leaks, to call him and he would come out to fix them. Shortly after our first rain, we began to have leaks. I contacted ***** and he came out to fix them. After the second rain, not only did we discover that the leaks weren't properly fixed, but we had more leaks. I again called him and he came out to repair the issue. I spoke with him about the caulk that was installed in the seam of one of the panels (pic attached), and he stated that his crew should have never installed that one because it was damaged. He stated that all he could do at this point is to get some strips to cover the caulk. He promised that he would be back the following week to install them. He was a no show. After many calls, texts, not only from myself but from my husband, he has failed to show up. He says that he's been sick, but will make his way out. He never shows. I recently sent him a text message and asked him to please come out because now we have rust where the screen room has leaked so much. I receive no response. Today I notified him that I would be filing this report. Still no response. I simply want him to come here and finish what he started- Correctly. My furniture is ruined due to all of the constant leaks. Now there's rust, so I feel that I won't get the life out of my screen room that I should. I have screenshots of all texts between he and I, along with my husband's texts to him and his responses. It would not allow me to upload them do to size constraints. If not resolved by this complaint, I will have no choice but to have another company do the repairs and take him to court to recoup the expense.
