I'd leave a 0 if I could. How this company is still in business is mind blowing. They replaced windows and doors in my elderly parents home and completely made it unsafe. Water comes in the windows and doors because they put in the wrong kind and installed improperly. Even permits were not pulled properly. Upon county inspection weep holes in ALL windows were not only caulked but painted shut. Now wood has rotted. Their idea of fixing everything is caulk and sticky tape. Workers took over the house during a time period they had to evacuate. We found them sleepingvin the house, had the air on 68 and froze the system, and beer bottles everywhere. ****** using this company.

Dear Mrs. ********* sincerely regret that you feel dissatisfied with the work performed on your home. It is important to clarify that your project was part of a State-funded program, and our company was a subcontractor working under the direction of the General Contractor (**) assigned to your home. All work completed by our team was done in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines and the requirements of the state program. The home underwent all necessary inspections, including third-party inspections mandated by the State, and passed each one successfully. In addition, engineers have reviewed the work, and no deficiencies were reported. The fact is you demoed/Removed part of the work and caused issues with in the home. Once you touched the home and the scope of work completed, we can no longer warranty the work. The state has closed the case and has told you this and we have no additional responsibility due from your actions. While we are not contracted directly by you and do not report to homeowners under this program, we have made every effort to address your concerns respectfully and in good faith. We were instructed to return and reinspect the home and found that you had worked on your home and the item's your complaining about. we did try to come and reinstall all the trim and items YOU removed out of good faith, but our team was denied access when we attempted to help. The STATE instructed us not to and the case is closed. Although you do not like the out come it was your actions that caused this result. Regarding claims of unprofessional behavior, such as personnel sleeping on-site or beer bottles being present, we firmly reject these accusations. Our company upholds strict policies against such conduct, and there is no evidence to support these claims. Throughout this project, we have remained courteous, responsive, and professional in all communications.Though your warranty period had ended, we continued to communicate with the ** in an effort to resolve any open matters appropriately and within program guidelines. We hope this clarifies our position and the past willingness to work toward a fair resolution. unfortunately we have been told that there is nothing further we are allowed to do, due to you removing scopes of work.
