I am writing to you and enclosing some pictures, because the above company, Mac’s Tree Service LLC did some branch removal from my neighbor’s yard. None of these people asked for my permission to come into my yard. Mac and his crew were able to pick up the branches, but he has never fixed my yard, where he tore it up.
I contacted **** ******** *******, wife of *** ****** [the people who live next door to me] and she didn’t want to deal with me over this situation. She said that she would give me Mac’s telephone number.  My daughter, *** was going to go over to their house and I told her to wait until *** ****** came home from work. *** brought the number home and said that “He didn’t say anything.” He being *** ******. The name on the paper was ***** *******.
I am ** years old and I don’t need the stress of all this. Nor should I have to go out there and try and fix what Mac’s Tree service tore up in my yard. In fact, I do way more than I should in the yard. I was out there Saturday,4/6/25-4 and fell I off the ladder. I went to ****** **** two days later and thank God I had no compression fractures. My perscription’s were sent to my pharmacy and I picked them up later that day.
I have done more than my “due diligence.” I have driven to ********** twice trying to find the Mac’s Tree Service business. One address, I wasn’t able to find and the other I found, but it doesn’t appear to really be in use to hold large equipment. I found these addresses on the internet.
I called two phone numbers I found on the internet for Mac’s Tree Service. I had to leave messages. No one ever called me back. Then I sent mail to the address he has on file with BBB. I sent that letter certified and it was returned to me. I also sent letters to the postal mailbox with a regular stamp and to his home address. My daughter, *** *****, called ***** *******, too, and had to leave a message and the call wasn’t returned.
Not the ******’s, my next door neighbor’s, or anyone from Mac’s Tree Service asked for permission to come in my yard. Now, that there has been damage, they need to come in and fix what was torn up. They have my permission to do this repair job.
I shouldn’t have had to do any leg work on this. *** ****** and his wife, ******** ****** could have had all this fixed with a simple phone call. **** ****** said to me, “You ought to see my backyard” Well, she really needs to have Mac’s Tree Service fix her yard, as well as mine.
It’s beyond me how anyone could tear up someone’s yard and not feel any responsibility for doing so. Mind boggling, that’s for sure.

      The **** ******’s reside at ***** ********** **., ************* *** ***** and my address is ***** ********** ***, ************, *** *****
I thank you in advance for helping me with the situation. Thank you so much.
      Sincerely,
      ***** *******
