I called a lot of companies for help in trapping an armadillo(s) that have took over my backyard- this company in particular was highly recommended to me so given that the removal service was $750 I still chose them for the job. I was assured on the phone before payment was submitted that the company would more than likely be able to catch the critter and would even work past the 1-2 week period if needed. I had one of the gentleman come out and inspect the activity and he assured my husband that he was confident they would be able to catch 2-3 armadillos and relocate them. That day I was told I had to pay half of the service ($375) which I did in cash. Fast forward 2 weeks later, Im out $375 and the problem was not caught. Not one armadillo was caught by this company. This company should offer me a refund $375 isnt a small chunk of money- and to have 0 results thats not right to keep it. I will not be recommending this company unless this can be resolved. Im left $375 less and with the same problem I started with.

Good *********************** We are sorry to hear you were not pleased with our trapping services. Our trapping period is typically 1 week & this is to stay on top of activity & make necessary adjustments based off the progress of trapping. We do have a very high success rate in this removal process if the problem is active. With that being said in rare cases, the activity is confirmed present & we begin trapping but still all wildlife is unpredictable.. We extended the trapping period out to the 2nd ************* the remaining half balance as a courtesy. We did the best we can & we are sorry to hear you are not happy. There is not much more we can do for you as 2 weeks+ of trapping with followups. We wish you the best of ******** hope you have a good day!
