    i purchased a Diswasher (with installation and haul away) from the GE Appliance Store.
    Exclusive Enterprises was contracted to deliver it on Monday 19 Feb between 3 and 7 pm. I was to be delivery #11. At 2 pm I was 8th in line. Same at 3 pm. At 8 pm, no dishwasher, no further info.
    The next day the first person I spoke with, a male, told me the delivery person had a personal emergency and had to return to HQ. There was not even an inflection of apology. I called GE Applicance delivery support and we got it rescheduled for today, Thursday 22 Feb beteen 1230 and 4:30.
    The truck arrived at 3:30 pm (good) but without the parts to install the Dishwasher.

    The office was closed (1/2 hr early). Phone numbers provided on my reciept were dead end "press option" numbers. I got the delivery people to get the manager on the phone to get resolution. Mgr stated he had let the delivery folks use parts off the truck in an apparently unscheduled manner. He stated: "those were not your parts". Baloney. I ordered and paid for them. He did offer to refund the cost of the parts, but there will be a further delay until Monday for the delivery and install (for thier convenience, they only deliver here on Monday and Thursday). The cost of the parts appears to be $16.97.
    (I promise I won't spend it all in one place !)

    He did not mention the haul way of the old appliance, but that should be part of the refund also. He told me he could not refund the cost of the install since the GE Appliance Store would charge anyway but I note that the address of Exclusive Entereprises is the same as the indicated GE Appliance Store purchase address as noted at the end of my reciept as follows: "The following products were purchased from the GEA Store - Social Originating Warehouse location: **** ******** ****, MIDWAY, FL 32343-6629.". That smells of bad faith.

    I still want the haul away of the old DW but with the cost refunded ($29.00).

    This company should NOT have an A+ rating.
