    BUYER BEWARE! Liar and a con man. Hired him to build a custom home. Quality of work was horrible. Refused to pay subcontractors causing liens to be placed on my property. Lied to bank stating all subcontractors were paid before closing. Since closing he has refused to come back and fix work that he stated prior to closing he would complete. Have had to hire contractors since the closing to have work done correctly and or completed. Mr. Meyers’ work quality is absolutely horrible. We noticed he would do partial work on many different projects on the build in order to receive 90% loan payout from the bank. During the beginning of the build he was helpful and nice. Once 90% of the loan was paid out by the bank Mr. Myers became rude, confrontational and threatened to walk off the job several times. Mr. Myers then started cutting corners and when confronted became extremely rude and confrontational. He would constantly state he has “forty years experience” but quality of work and lack of knowledge would say otherwise. Complained throughout the entire build. Would do things his own way instead of what was discussed, then when told to make corrections became confrontational and tried to bill for his mistakes. Stated things were in our budget then tried to charge after things completed. Over charged and changed pricing throughout build. Did not finish build on time causing me to come out of pocket for a loan extension. Then had the nerve to threaten me to close so he could get his final payment.
