    Half way is good enough. charged for new flooring, piece cut short, not redone. Charged for 3x3x3 shower, done poorly, redone, still only 30 inches and left trim around it undone. charged $250 to install new toilets, he broke $15 flange and charged $300 to fix, but didn't caulk either one, it's code. Charged for quarter round, put 2 pieces in one bathroom and a ragged piece in other bathroom. Removed toilet paper holder without using allen wrench, left hole, patched it, not smooth, said it's as good as it gets. Put in gutters, one leaked, handed me back rod and said stuff it in with caulk. Didn't attach shower head pipe right, cut a hole in bedroom wall to fix. Sheet rocked it and sanded without protecting anything in room. Sanding powder everywhere upstairs and downstairs because of open loft, including in my clothes closet (opened it to get good towels to clean mess , instead of asking for rags). Had to spend hours cleaning, laundry etc. Charged $375 to build wall for 18 inch bathroom cabinet, measured cabinet to go in sideways (opening facing wall). Scratched up new toilet lids, because didn't cover to protect them. Spilled paint on carpet, moved dresser to cover it up.

    Five STARS !!! Lester’s Home Improvements, ROCKS! No surprises. Knowledgeable, polite and professional crew. Price and the response time was great. Two things really stood out: #1. Problem solvers. Not an easy job. When problems came up ….. they came up with workarounds and kept going. I never have had a company do so well at keeping me in the loop of what was going on. Sweet. #2. Multi trades. Remodeling, flooring, concrete, painting, and the fence. They did it all. What more is there to say except, I highly recommend them to my family and friends.

    I found Lester's Home Improvement via Thumbtack. He answered quickly, came to give an estimate before I even moved in for a fence to enclose my back yard. He and his crew came out and got it done so quickly and even squared up a gate for me on the side that was done poorly by another group prior to my purchase (new install). Vernon Lester is so personable and I replies so quickly, I felt very confident when seeing his work in photos. I was new to the area/state and so grateful I chose LHI, as I had called several places. The work by his crew is quality and they can do ANYthing. I have found my go to people and I needed this so much. I was worried about having no one to do things, but now I've found Vernon to call on. You will not be disappointed. His crew work so well together, were happy, friendly folks and work SO fast! I needed a fence asap for 2 large dogs and very please with the outcome. They even installed a nice gate with lovely hardware to make it look so lovely. Call LHI for any and all jobs you need doing! I'm so grateful to have found them from Redfin/Thumbtack which I had never used before, but LHI had great photos of work done. 5 stars all the way.
