    I've used Honey Bee on a number of times over the last few year. They installed the grinder/lift station about two years ago. Yesterday the equipment started to have problems. We think the problem is related to the floats that control the equipment operations. I called Honey Bee but got a "we can't come to the phone" message. I went to their website and scheduled an appointment for between 8 AM and 10 AM today. No one showed. Again, I called Honey Bee but again got a "we can't come to the phone" message. I asked for a call-back. No response. I have scheduled with another plumber and probably won't do business again with Honey Bee.
