    I paid for a little over a months stay at this rv park and found out 3 days later that my kids could not go to school from that location so I had to relocate to a different location. When talking to the person in the office she said they would refund me for the days I didn't stay. Upon leaving the business changed what they said and told me there was no refund. There was never any type of lease agreement nor was there any policy agreement that stated I would not be refunded my money for the remainder 30 days I paid for. This is in my opinion theft and the mannager said that she would not give me any numbers to the owners to speak with anyone above her to get this straightened out. She basically played owner and stole my money. I would like to see what can be done for this criminal act and have what I paid for but did not receive refunded to me.

    We will refund the rest of your stay excluding the number of days you have stayed. Normally we need a 30-day notice, under your circumstances we will refund this back to your card. Allow 24-48 hours to be in your account.
