    On 10/08/2024 I brought my RIGID generator to Wayne for repairs. A techniician named Frankie called me to say it was ready for pickup around 11/07/2024 after Icalled to check on it. He said there was no mention of the generator stalling out after in ran for over 10-15 minutes, but it still had that problem. He later called and said the problem was fixed. I drove 45 minuts from my home at 3547 Beach Haven Cove Drive, Pensacola, FL. 32507 to pick it up. I paid by balance in full and just before they loaded it on my truck I asked we check it real quick to see if it was running. It would not start and I offerred to go to lunch and give them time to fix it. Wayne took about 15 minutes to call his credit card provier to refund my charge and promised ti was done. IT WAS NOT DONE!!! Today I called and talked to LuAnn that said it was ready once again. I asked if they ran it for at least 30-45 minutes to be sure,and she said it had not been run but would do it now. She is supposed to call me back. I have no faith this generator is operating correctly and they owe me gas money, an apology, and a refund for gas. I made a emphasis to the owner we are leaving town this week and never even got a phone call. I will pick it up if they call me back after running it, but have little to no faith it is fixed correclty. Also, I asked Wayne very nicely to please get involved himself to make sure it was repaired and to call me.
