Went to get screen and backup camera installed on December 13, 2023. All wired for sound did the service. Service was not done properly. Driver side speaker going in and out. Went back to get it checked just for them to say to bring it back a couple of hours later. Went back later in the day and they told us “it’s a cheap Chinese radio.” They said they could put in the old radio and charge $100. Then didn’t even look at the car and made us drive 20 minutes for no reason. They said to leave the car there over the weekend and they would possibly get to it in a couple of days. Decided to not leave the car overnight because that is very inconvenient and we didn’t want my car sitting there over Christmas. I decided that I was just going to deal with the speaker going in and out. Then the huge issue comes. Battery drained within a week figured it was an old battery and got a new one and it drained not even 2 weeks later. Very inconvenient to unplug my battery every night and have to start my car every 3 hours when I’m out. The company said you have to automatically turn off the radio. Even when I do that it’s somehow still running even when screen is off causing it to drain my battery. Called to see if I could get it fixed and the guy who I spoke to said it’s the radio not the way they installed it. They blamed me for the radio draining the battery and kept saying it was “ a cheap Chinese radio.” Then said I should have bought their radio instead of getting one off Amazon. They said they had issues putting in these types of radios. They never told us from the beginning that they had issues installing these radios previously… If that was the case I would of never had this done to my car. The guy ending up saying he would call me back and it’s been 3 days and I got no call. Have to go somewhere else to get their mistake fixed which is going to cost me another $200. Never got a sorry or my money back from All wired for sound. Very disappointed and wish I never went there.
