    Purchased a custom built large lazy susan in May 2022. Order/build time took a couple months. First one arrived was built wrong, seller paid for return shipping and fixed it, sent it back. 2 months after receiving it, it came apart due to incorrect kiln drying of the wood. Metal band around the edge is bending, bulging, screws coming out as the wood is shrinking. Seller said they'd replace it as of January 2023. Now their **** account/store is "temporarily" closed, no response from the seller. Purchased thru **** as a guest, so no record kept by **** of the transaction. We request help getting a refund so we can pay a local wood craftsman to maybe repair the item.

    I placed and order for a wood lazy susan on 1/11/22, emailed about the status on 2/21/22, then called twice in March/April and was told shipment was on the way, sent email on 5/7/22 asking for my money back since I had not received the item yet, on 5/8/22 got email saying the item was on its way, item was received on 5/20/22 but was warped and didn't spin, sent email 5/21/22 asking for a refund, they said no but will send a replacement and said they would send a shipping label, sent another email on 5/26/22 saying I was still waiting for the shipping label, no response, so I still have a nonfunctional lazy susan and I am out 258 dollars. Customer service was great until they had my money. Now I just want my money back and this round piece of wood out of my house. I have pictures and all email communication if needed. Thank you.

    Hello Amanda, I hope this finds you well. I am sorry that your custom made oak wood lazy Susan warped. Even though our terms and conditions state that we do not offer refunds for custom made items, but do offer replacements if returned within 14 days of receiving.

    I would still like to send a refund if that is acceptable? You may keep the lazy Susan or dispose of as you wish.  The transaction you paid with thru ****** almost a year ago does no longer allow refunds thru their system because 90 days have passed since your custom order. Please let me know if the address below is good for sending you a check?

    Thank you very much for your help.  I did receive and deposit the check and it doesn't look like it bounced.  I kept being strung along by this company and would have never reached a satisfactory resolution without your help.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 18220278, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
