    ***************** sent out ******* tree service to remove the tree from roof. ***** at Flynn's Tree Pros at ************ sent me a text that he would remove the entire tree and I followed up with a second text in which he said"Yes, whatever hit the building. We will remove it, if there is a log attached to it still. We will remove that as well." His person called me from ************ I did not get his name, but he reaffirmed that they would get the entire tree. After the job was done the ******* said insurance wouldn't pay for it which he did not mention in any of his texts even after asking the second time. He did not even offer me a cost for me to pay to get it removed, Since, he had the crane, dozer, and the men out there already. It would have only taken 10 minutes. ***** said whatever it took to get the job, because he knew insurance would pay no matter what. I could have gotten another company to do it that was honest. ***** clearly lied to me which shows in the texts he sent. His defense is that the insurance company would not pay for it which he knew from the beginning when the order was placed.

    ****************************** sent us out to remove a fallen tree from his Roof. We showed up with a 60 ton crane, removed the tree and stacked all of the tree debris near the roadway for FEMA pick up. The remaining log/***** that was still standing and attached to the ground was left behind. ****************************** does not pay for ***** removal or any trees that are still standing. We are instructed only to remove what has fallen in which we did. Please reach out if there are any further concerns. Thank you. **** Flynn

    I am rejecting this response because: this would be fine, if you did not lie to me in the beginning, but I asked you twice and the person whom called said that it would be taken care of which i included in the attached text.

    Nobody lied to you. Im sorry there is a misunderstanding on your end, Out of the nine insurance companies that I work for not one of them pays for ***** removal if it is still attached to the Ground they do not pay for it. You can call your insurance company and fight it with them if they tell us to go out and remove it then we will. Again, I apologize for the misunderstanding please reach out to your adjuster. At the end of the day we came out and what we were told to do by the company that was paying us.
