    On 8/10/2024 i ordered a mountain mikes deer skull kit- skull master large and they shipped me the wrong item. I received mountain mikes record keeper which is a different product. When I contacted the company I was told they would ship the correct product and just to keep the wrong item. It didn't ship and I contacted chat once again and was assured it would be corrected the next day. It was not and any tries to connect via chat (which is the only contact method on their website) went unanswered. Upon my complaint to my credit card company they said they gave me the correct item which the pictures show they didn't. Terrible company.

    We in fact told the customer we would send out the product he wanted as soon as we had it in stock. Unfortunately it was backordered. We emailed customer and told him we would send it out right away when it came in. Unfortunately he then started a chargeback with his credit card company and the funds were taken from our company and put on hold. We then had to explain the circumstance to his credit card company, which as he states sided with us. Due to the chargeback we are no longer able to send him another product for free as we were originally planning on.
