    ****** said anything shipped to *** will be sent back,i called and she still said she would ship the medication back.My medication provider ********************* sent vimpat to ups store in ******** ** after it was shut down and i told them to send it to p.o box **** in ******** **,but their still shipped it to the p.o box 125 that was shut down at ***. I received an email letting me know my medication was being shipped there,try to stop it,couldent do it.Also I called and everone was ok with it except ******. Also ****** wants me to pay $7.00 to pick up much needed medication.called on 10/29/2022 10:05 am. She is denying me access to my eplisey medication...10-29-2022

    ******************************* was a boxholder at my UPS Store from 5/1 - 11/1 approx 6 months. She was one month past due on her mailbox and we informed her that her mailbox was past due and she stated she didn't have the money to renew it right then. I gave her a two week grace ****** to come up with the money and that still didn't happen. I informed her we would be closing out her mailbox since she didn't renew in the stated time ******. And that any mail or packages would be returned since she was no longer a boxholder here. She called about a week after her box was closed out and said her medication would be coming here. I informed her that unfortunately since you aren't a boxholder it would be returned to the sender. She got very upset on the phone but said she understood. She then came into my store with her boyfriend yelling and being very threatening. I told them they needed to leave. As a courtesy I told her that she could pick up her medication as a non-boxholder for the fee of $7.00 which applies to all non-boxholders that decided to mail packages to our location for security reasons. She said that would be fine and picked up and paid without incident. I then received this complaint which is completely unfounded.
