    Even after a hurricane, they responded quickly, came in the next day, did a free inspection, Airon and his partner installed the ladder to access my very tall roof, took some pictures very quickly. **** that has no damages. If you are in ******* and was impacted by the hurricane, I really recommend call ***. Thank you guys!!!

    *** did an outstanding job on my roof. They keep me informed when to start and finish the work, as well as the scheduling of delivery of materials and the bins for the debris. They made sure that the pool was fully covered to keep the debris from falling to the pool. **************** was exceptional. ***** ******* did an outstanding job of keeping me updated as to the status from scheduling, delivery and picking up of the bins. Management was outstanding as well in assisting me, how to deal with the insurance making sure everything went smoothly. Overall work, **************** and management was outstanding. I fully recommend *** for anyone needing a roof replacement. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY. ****** *.

    AGU did a wonderful job on our roof. They are honest and detail oriented. They gave us a great price on a high quality roof. Installation was great including clean up after the job was done. They also were helpful getting information to our insurance company. They are local and check back with you after the job is done to make sure you are satisfied.

    Very professional work performed by AGU Roofing. Work was started promptly and on time and finished on schedule as well. All of the staff was cordial and pleasant to work with. Clean up was taken care of in a professional manner as well. Absolutely recommend AGU Roofing for someones roofing needs.

    While the quality of work in the field is impeccable, the management and administration at the office level is shoddy. Speaking from direct experience, they will do extra work without owner or insurance company approval, be vague in relaying what they are doing to make it appear as part of the contracted work, refuse to provide proof of the extra work need and provide bs excuses about the insurance not covering it. Then insist on billing in a separate invoice for the extra work rather than include it as an overall invoice, making it near impossible to negotiate with the insurance company. To add insult, once they finally provide an overall invoice, they aggressively pursue payment two days later, becoming treatening. These people know how to replace a roof but are clueless about basic business management. They damaged our driveway and lawn but remain silent on repairing it. Be cautious.?
