    I recently had the misfortune of patronizing Rockwell Tharp, and I must say it was the most unpleasant boutique small business experience I've ever had. The level of rudeness and unprofessionalism displayed by the owners was simply appalling.
    From the moment I entered the premises, I was greeted with disdainful looks and a complete lack of courtesy. It seemed as though the owners were doing me a favor by allowing me to be there. Their attitude was consistently dismissive, as if my presence was an inconvenience to them.
    Not only were the owners unhelpful, but their body language and tone were shockingly disrespectful. They spoke to me with condescension and made me feel like I was wasting their time. It was clear that they had no regard for customer service or basic human decency.
    To make matters worse, when I tried to address my concerns with the owner, she showed no interest in resolving the issue. They brushed me off, offering no apologies or explanations for the behavior.
    The overall atmosphere of the establishment was incredibly tense and unwelcoming. It was as if they had no understanding of how to create a pleasant environment for their customers. Their lack of professionalism was palpable, and it greatly diminished any desire to support their business. Nor will I.
    In conclusion, I strongly advise against patronizing Rockwell Tharp! The rude and unprofessional behavior exhibited by the owners (not staff but OWNERS), coupled with the dismissive attitude when showing concern, creates an unpleasant experience that no customer should have to endure. Save yourself the frustration and find a business that values its customers and treats them with respect. I flatly felt like it was assumed I couldn’t afford to be in this establishment.
