    This business appears to be out of business but I continue to be billed. I stopped using the service as I was unable to contact by phone, email or in person. I no longer will be responsible for this service as I no longer use this service. Help!!! They continue to bill and add late charges

    We’ve had an account with this company for home internet and Wi-Fi for about 3 years. Bill is set up to auto pay $60/month. We paid 1/1 for the month of Jan. and on Jan. 21 our connection went down during the snow storm. This typically happens with weather so we reset our router and waited patiently for our connection to come back on but it (still) has not. We began calling the office over the next few days, to no avail. Emails were not returned either. No one was at the office both times we visited. Google says the business is permanently closed. We were able to find the owner (Izzy) on Facebook and messaged him there. After some back and forth, on 1/29 he offered to come to our home to try to fix the issue himself but was unable to.. so he told us he’d have “his guy” in TX log into our account remotely to fix it - which seemed promising - but then he stopped responding to messages again. While he was here he told us he “will not pay someone $20/hr just to answer phones” which was why he had no staff working his office but made a point to let us know we wouldn’t be charged for his time that day.. He suggested we buy additional products like a Roku or a tower from TMobile which 1) should not be necessary and 2) are not even available in our area. He told us we were “priority” to be fixed and after a few days stopped responding again despite being ‘active’ online many times. We were charged and paid for February service on 2/1. We have asked twice to cancel our service due to this mismanagement and he claimed we’d receive a refund but we have not. We cancelled the card they have on file (causing a huge headache as we have several other accounts on this card) and are concerned that we will have outstanding bills or credit issues if the owner will not cancel our account. Read reviews on Google. This business should be discontinued.
