    I found this business through **** for the repair of Dental cavitron machines. I sent two cavitron machines for an estimate of repair. The owner, ********, called me with an estimate. It was too expensive so I refused to repair them, then asked him to return my units. He said he would call me back after discussing with his co-worker if he could buy the units. I did not hear from him for 2 weeks. I had to call and email him many times to talk to him. He kept giving me some excuses; he's been busy, his co-worker got a heart attack, he was on business travel, etc.I

    I found this business on ***** They claimed to be repairing ******************* that are used to clean the teeth in a dental office. I contacted ***************************** on **** and then he gave me his personal email and phone number and asked to continue conversation there and I have all the conversations saved. He sent me a label and I sent the machine to him for an estimate of repair on Feb 20th and he said it would cost $689 to repair the *************** 2. I sent him the money by ***** on March 13, 2024 (Delay by him to give an estiamte). Since then he has replied to me on and off and gave an estimate of 2 weeks gor repair and ship back. I contacted him a few times and finally he sent me a reply on April 20, 2024 saying the machine had further problems but he is fixing it and will send it back within the next 7 days. I gave him 20 more days and sent him multiple emails, texts and phone calls. He stopped replying to all emails, texts and did not pickup my phone. But once when I called from another phone number he did pickup and speak but quickly hung up knowing it's me. It's been a total of 3.5 months now for something that was promised to be returned to the dental office in a few weeks. That machine is important for routine dental care and costs a lot of money to buy. A new one costs around $3200 and I am a start updating dental practice so affordability is an issue right now.My main fear is if he has done this to me and stole my machine and additional money to repair, how many more unfortunate people he must have done this to. I wish some action could be taken against him and his dubious business practices. Please reach out to me if I can help with any other questions. I have proof of all emails, bank transaction and label he sent to give the machine with tracking on it as proof that he received the machine .
