    On August 20, 2023, I ordered and paid for a replacement remote for my front gate in the amount of $23.54. I have never received it. I called repeatedly and sent them an e-mail. The last conversation I had with them about seven days ago they promise to send me the remote I paid for, plus as a courtesy for waiting so long on additional remote. Nothing has happened or has been done. I called again and left a voicemail on Friday, yesterday, and nothing has happened. I would like the replacement remote that I paid for that I never received

    Good Morning, 

    As previously explained to the customer we were waiting on the manufacturer to deliver the goods. Our manufacturer  ( PPA) is a Brazilian based company and sometimes it takes a little longer than expected for the goods to be allowed into the ********** by US customs. 

     

    We have received the goods and are willing to provide not only the one (1) remote control she ordered but give her an additional remote to compensate for the delay. 

    If she is still interested in receiving the goods she ordered we will most happy to provide it to her with an additional one free of charge as a gift for her wait. 

    please let us know how she wished to resolve the matter. Or we can refund her $22.00 immediately.

    The business has NOT sent me a refund or the 2 remotes for the gate. Please reopen the complaint and have them deliver the remotes i PAID FOR.

    I was waiting on your reply as to weather you were willing to accept the remotes or just wanted the refund. Now that i know, I will have the remotes placed in the mail tomorrow (11-06-2023)
