    This last reached out to me to do my landscaping . I got a quote she got paid for the first quote for clean up then she received another zelle payment of 1000$ As a deposit of a job to plant and do landscaping my my house and never did I have all the texting excuses and excuses then said she is sorry her dad died then said she will come back and never did and then said she will refund me and never did . And now she says she delivered the service which she never did

    My respond for this complaint is that we have proof that we finish the job.

    I have invoice and pictures from the before and after for this job.

    the customer don't like the job and ask for full refund, we don't offer refund for any job done.

    I am rejecting this response because: the supplier never finished the job . I sent the proof and I texted the lady who promised to come finish the job . 
    i have all the Messeges from the provider apologizing for not finishing the job , she even said she will be back to finish and had to leave because her father passed away and yet never came back and when I reached out to her again she apologized and said she will refund my money and that was that . 
    i have all the texts from the prover admitting not finishing the job .  Im her own words and apologizing and promising and then promising to refund me the money then disappear . I will be more than happy to send u guys the texts Messeges that are all the proof I need with her admitting to the truth of what I am saying and will be legit grounds to go to civil court .
