    We have several stores all with Palomar in them. We have been paying Palomar to come and repair for us and the expenses to maintain directly with ******* was coming t the point that we were concerned about the health of the business, but we were always told we had to service through them. I then was at a class and another tech told me she uses Palomar as well and that there is a place that can do all the same work at half the price, they warranty their work, and they even come on site to fix base units and fast. A week later a hand piece went down, we Fed-Ex'd it in on a Tuesday and we had it back Thursday. About a month later one of our machines went down completely we called Palomar first and they told us it was the power supply and it would be *******, AND suggested we buy a warranty on top of that fro *******. Thats ********* we were exasperated. WE then called these guys, they came on site in two days, with a replacement power supply for *******, they also did a full preventative maintenance on our machine and checked out our hand pieces included with the repair. They did charge us a travel fee of ****** which I thought was a bargain these days. Overall amazing. Highly highly recommend.

    Absolutely amazing. We called them on a Friday afternoon, and they were on site within 24 hrs, yes on a Saturday and repair our Cutera XEO, was very affordable, and about half the price of Cutera. We were beyond happy we didn't have to cancel any of our patients. *********, **.
