      I received my peanuts today. I ordered and paid for 5 pounds and the bag only weighed 3 pounds. I wanted a credit for the smaller bag. I tried to contact Bulkeez by email with pics and buy phone. They have not responded. I also posted a review on their web site as a grade 1 and they changed this to a grade 5. Next I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company.

      I still regret this purchase so much, hence why I am writing a review over a year after purchasing from them and would like rate this company zero or negative stars for the prolonged and significant stress and frustration this caused me. I never assessed the quality because I received no items and filed a dispute and waited months to get my money back. It all started by mistakenly making the purchase with Privacy.com to be safe because based on that method, they tried to say I was defrauding them as to why my package was never shipped out. However, they didn't tell me anything right after the purchase but instead waited until I emailed after the tracking number had no progress in shipment after several days. They proceeded to never respond back after I explained the situation and verified my information per their request. I emailed them several times until they ignored all my emails. I also used their chat function as well as contacted them by phone. They never answered the phone and didn't call back after leaving a message. They did respond by chat, but the refund did not materialize in the time frame they had promised. When I went back on the chat later to inquire again about the refund, they found a way to ignore me there as well. I ended up filing a dispute with Privacy.com and the bank from which the funds were ultimately from, and only then was I able to get a chargeback. This whole ordeal started back at the end of 2002, in December, near Christmas. I just successfully got the chargeback permanently approved March 28, 2023, nearly three full months later. Long story short, I would not recommend this company nor using Privacy.com to make any purchases on the Internet. I will instead be using PayPal exclusively. Painful lesson learned. I've never had problems using other payment methods before that weren't resolved without a fuss by PayPal, and I hope I continue to have success with PayPal as I feel neither company really served me well here.
