    UNETHICAL AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
    They came and ran a snake down my vent stack (between apt B&C) altough I really didnt have a stoppage problem and was looking for quote to tunnel under the building and replace a waste pipe. I paid them $275. I called them back a few hours later because water was now coming from the base of the toilet in apartment A when flushing it. They refused to come back. The lady handling calls was immediately rude and defensive. None of my calls asking to talk to the boss were returned. I had to call another plumber who lifted the toilet to find big chunks of porcelain at the base. They had shattered the base of the toilet with their snake and you could see all the snake markings on the porcelain. I emailed them along with photographs of what we discovered.
    To this day they have yet to respond to any of my attempts to resolve this issue, I had to buy a new toilet and wax seal, pay a different plumber to install it and compensate the tenant for her troubles. Zero star review truly
