    I, ***********************, decided to file this claim due to the business behavior. I tried to make everything work as well as possible, but the web designer I was working with didn't follow or do as we planned. I asked them to build a website for me for just $1000, but there were two offers. One was just for $700 (the normal one) and another for $1000 (which included a website that could show ads, with a customer login account, and customers would be able to list their products on my website). But the web designer failed to do that in the way they were supposed to do it. and they couldn't complete everything on time. They kept taking their time, and I never understood why. I have told them to stop doing the job and refund my money, but they told me it was impossible and that wasn't our agreement. The problem I have with them is that I spent almost ten thousand dollars on the work they didn't do or complete, and I wasn't supposed to spend that much money. We started in July 2021, which I started paying them a $1000 on July 28th, 2021. I paid another thousand on August 4th, 2021. All these transactions I don't even remember were for what? They never explain. I paid $500 on August 18th, 2021. I paid another $500 on the same day. I paid another $500 on August 31st, 2021. I paid $1200 on October 25, 2021. I paid $1000 on November 8, 2021. I paid $1000 on November 26th, 2021. I paid $549 on December 6, 2021. I paid $1000 on January 12th, 2022. I paid $896 on January 11th, 2022. I paid $450 on May 6th, 2022.On those days, I made payments using my debit cards.I did pay because I thought they were going to do a better job, but they couldn't. I need the BBB to help on this so I can stop doing business with them and get my money back from the web designer. I spent a lot because I thought I would get better in return, but I was wrong.I tried to talk to them to solve things, but it always went unsuccessfully.
