      FIRST and LAST purchase ever from this company! ******** at Wellington Mall (Florida) sold me several items. When going home and opening one of the perfume boxes, it had been replaced with a small liquid makeup concealer of some sort and there was no perfume bottle inside. I immediately called the store and the “acting” manager stated their manager was not there. She initially empathized and asked that I return to the store so that the issue could be resolved. Once arriving and after showing proof of what I found, she and ******** began to make the assumption and accused me of replacing the perfume with the makeup. Unbelievable. I had cut open the plastic from the top of the box and noted, while there at the store, that the box/plastic wrapper had tape at the bottom which clearly indicated someone had already tampered with it. One other employee (wish I had her name) was very professional and stated she was unable to reach their manager and acknowledged it probably had happened at their warehouse. However the other two employees (“acting manager” and Gabriela) were VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Aside from their snide remarks, they wanted me to make another trip the following day to speak with the manager. Had they not made the assumption I was the one who had replaced the perfume with the makeup, I just may have taken time out, yet again, to speak with the real manager in person. However since they were completely rude and unprofessional, I have no desire to EVER return to this store. I left all evidence with them (no refund and no replacement). Those two particular employees need retraining in basic costumer services and etiquette. If that were my business they would have been terminated on the spot. Disgusting. I’ll also be filing a formal complaint and disputing their fraudulent activity.
