      In late February or early March of 2023 Denning RV, LLC agreed to sell a new ** refrigerator for me. This unit had a retail value of about $1,800. I told him I would like to get $700-$900 for it. He did not discuss commission. He had done some work for me before and I felt he would be fair. He took possession of it because I didn't have a place to store it. At the end of May 2023 while I was in ******* dealing with my brother's death he called to say he had a buyer for $450. I was obviously not crazy about the offer but I wasn't in a good position to say no so I agreed. He also said that he was charging me $200 for some work he did for my wife when I was away. It sounded high but I agreed. He is refusing to pay the $250 he owes me. Due to health and family issues we had to sell the ** in *********, ** and return to **************. He does not answer phone calls and ignores text messages.

      This customer came to me asking if we could help him with a refrigerator he received with the purchase of his RV. The refrigerator was an extra he stated had no use for and no room to store it. He ask me what we could do with it. I told him we could try to sell it fo him. Then wanted me to store it for him because he didnt have a place the store it. I agreed to sell it for him for half the selling price. After 6 months of storage we sold it for $300. The next week his wife called me asking me if I could unclog her toilet while her husband was away. That was a charge of $300. I never got paid for that. After talking with ************************* he agreed to wash the sell of the refrigerator with the labor. I thought that was the end of it. Truth be told, ************ owes me for 6 months storage and $300 labor for cleaning out he clogged toilet.
