We called Road Runner Appliance Repair. Wow just Wow. They were the most professional and courteous service company my wife and I have ever used. Jackie in the office was pleasant and showed empathy for our refrigerator not cooling. Jason was on site the same day. Jason was so professional in going over our options and their fees were very reasonable. We don't understand why they have negativereviews. Our refrigerator was repaired in about 45 mins and even came with a 1 year warranty on the parts. We will tell everyone how great this company is. A+ all the way.

Charged me a $100 diagnosis fee to let me know that my dryer needed a fuse. Comes back with quote of $234 - $100=$134 to replace the fuse. Asked him for breakdown feeling a bit excessive. Comes back and says $228.00 for the labor and $6.00 for the fuse that will only take 10 minutes tops to put in. I will never call this company in the future and if anyone asks me for the name of a appliance repair the first thing I will say is do not use Roadrunner Appliance because they overcharge!

Thank you for your feedback on ****** and here. Unfortunately, we do have a trip/diagnosis fee, which is applied to the repair. The labor rate is a flat rate, and may only take 10 minutes to install, or could take longer. However, the work is done by qualified technicians. We were trying to be as fair as possible, which is why we were only charging our cost for the fuse. We are not a handyman service. We are professionals and charge professional rates, and even though we are a small business, have a lot of overhead. We encourage customers to do their own research, and if they ask at the time of booking the appointment, the labor rates are given without hesitation. Have a good day.

Terrible. Charged me 1500.00 for a new compressor. A week later non cooling. Came free of charge with an attitude like it was my fault. Fixed it for another week then went non cooling again. Said this time would have to charge me. So I paid 1500 for him to fix nothing. Then he asks (the first day he was here) for a ****** rating before he leaves. Dont do it. Wait a month at least. Terrible company. His name is Justin.

Unfortunately, this is just not true. We did replace her compressor. This was done on May 31, 2023. We went back out on July 10, 2023 (over a month later). We give a 30 day labor warranty on all repairs. We put in another part and basically performed another sealed system free of charge...we didn't charge for the part or labor, even though it was past the 30 day labor warranty and it was an additional part. When the customer texted again on July 26, 2023, we offered to go back out, we just let her know that we would have to charge a trip charge for this visit (almost 2 months after the initial repair). If the parts we installed are faulty, we would cover the actual parts free of charge (only labor would be charged). The warranty is on the invoice that was sent to the customer. Please don't think that we just abandon repairs we make. This was done fully within our warranty standards and we gave an exception on the call on July 10, for customer satisfaction. All is documented on her invoice and communication through text.

It is ALL true what I said. I have other people who he dealt with saying the same thing. And yes I have all the texts also. He mentions nothing about the crap compressor he put in. (Not sure he even did put one in) Just charged us 1500 for a brand new one. I dont take this lightly and would never put a bad review of someone who was great. He can say whatever he wants. This business is rips you off. People work hard for their money like us and this was not cheap. I just want to save people from getting ripped off and lied to like we did.
